Sushi School
Great news … the long awaited Sushi School at Bistro Dragon is finally here! Space is limited to only 10 people per class and we're expecting demand to be high, so make sure you sign up as soon as possible. Below are the details about the classes and what you need to do to reserve your spot.
How to Reserve
All you need to do is call the restaurant at 847-895-6141 with your credit card number to guarantee your seat. We won't charge anything on the card, its just for confirming your reservation.

Sushi School Rules
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Cancellations not made at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a $25 fee. Everyone must practice basic sanitary rules during Sushi School. Sushi School fees are non-refundable. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies. These rules are subject to change without notice.
Family Day
Every sunday when you dine in, each *person will get a free house soup or house salad plus 10% off the entire bill. Take-out customers are welcome to a 10% discount only
*Minimum purchase per person is one entree or $12 sushi purchase (before taxes). "Family Day" not valid with any other offers or on holidays.
Weekend Sampling
Every Friday and Saturday our servers will be passing out free samples of our food between 6pm and 8pm. So if you've ever wondered what something tastes like, drop by for dinner and sample what you've been missing.
This weekend (March 12-13) we're sampling the Leprechaun Roll.
Spicy salmon and asparagus topped with avocado and sprinkled with spinach tempura crunch.
