  • Godzilla Roll
    Look out, it's Godzilla! This roll will fill any appetite. Spicy tuna tops this huge roll filled with soft shell crab, asparagus and lettuce. Stretch your stomach for this one!
  • Golden Dragon Roll
    Salmon and cilantro with sweet apples and cucumber for a bit of crunch; cover it in red and white tuna with mango sprinkled with real gold flake. Available for a limited time.
  • Dragon Roll
    Shrimp tempura roll topped with eel and avocado.
  • Ping Pong
    No, you can't play with your food … but you can enjoy this creative and classy creation. Spicy tuna stuffed in tofu skin quickly fried, then topped with salmon tartare and dressed with wasabi aioli.
 

Fusion Entrees

  • Asian Mini Burgers
    Chicken, beef, salmon and tuna.
  • Pan Seared Sea Scallops
    This one will knock your socks off! Large, bacon wrapped sea scallops with saffron aioli over peapods, mushrooms and asparagus, set atop a bed of Japanese udon noodles in a white wine-saffron sauce. Creamy, healthy, delicious!
  • Hoisin Duck Two Ways
    Double delicious! Fresh duck prepared two ways: Sliced and seared breast meat over mashed sweet potatoes with a hoisin-soy reduction, accompanied by duck confit in a fresh lettuce cup.
  • Sesame Crusted Tuna
    We use our sashimi-grade tuna, seared and sesame-crusted, and serve it over a bed of mashed sweet potatoes accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables and dressed with a sweet soy glaze. Tremendously delightful!

Your Events

This party was for a local IT company that was celebrating the launch of their new corporate website. There were about 25 people who attended. The food selection was from a custom-designed party menu which was put together with the help of Bistro Dargon's chefs. There was also a special custom sashimi platter prepared for the party as the centerpiece of the table. You can see more pictures of this party on our Facebook page.

This 50th birthday party was wonderfully planned for one of our regular customers by his wife. There were roughly 60 people attending so the restuarant had to be closed for this event. As you browse through the photos you will see that the food was prepared buffet-style with an assortment of sushi, appetizers and Chinese entrees. Special attention was given to one table in the center of the restaurant as the head table for the guest of honor. These party animals were partying from 6pm untill about midnight!
